The Duke Blue Devils men’s basketball team represents Duke University in NCAA Division I men’s basketball. Duke has been a member of the Athletic Coast Conference (ACC) since 1953. The Blue Devils play their home games at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina. The team is coached by Mike Krzyzewski “Coach K” who enters his final season with Duke.

In 41 seasons with the Blue Devils, Coach K has led the team fifteen ACC tournament championships, twelve final four appearances, and five national championships. John Wooden is the only coach to win more championships. Coach K was the coach of the United States men’s national basketball teams that took home the gold medals in 2008, 2012, and 2016. He also won a gold medal as an assistant in 1992. In the 2010 and 2014 FIBA World Cups, Krzyzewski’s United States won gold as well. Coach K has been inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, as well as the College Basketball and United States Olympic Hall of Fames. His career record as a coach is 1,097-302, which includes the most wins out of any college basketball coach ever. Coach K won championships in 1991, 1992, 2001, 2010, and 2015. He has also developed many successful players that turned out to become NBA stars including Elton Brand, Grant Hill, Carlos Boozer, Jayson Tatum, and numerous others. In June, Krzyzewski said the 2021-2022 season would be his final one with the team. The Duke Blue Devils look to make a deep tournament run in Coach K’s final season.
